In Bloom (thermal and uv)

This Dip is uv and thermal! The starting color is the darker mint green but the nail bed or heat will change it to the lighter mint! Go in the sun and watch it "bloom"!  It changes to a beautiful rose color in the sun!!!  Could it be more perfect for spring?!
