Nail bed is the light blue, the nail tips are light lavender and when you go in the sun your nail changes to the darker lavender and in the dark for a vibrant blue glow! The shimmer colors change to the color of the dip. when it is blue there are blue sparkles, the lavender has purple sparkles. It reminded me of pixie dust and the glow just locked in the name.

Absolutely love!!

I can't wait to try more of these!! I love the way that the colors change. Sample size easily does 2-3 full sets. And that's with me as a newbie wasting some.
